S.O.D. Music and dance by Kulintang Master Danny Kalamduyan and company
9/25/2016 No " no song title. Four large gongs that hang down from and are suspended in a wooden stand, compose the Gandingan, a percussion instrument which originally came from the Philippines. It is usually played as a secondary instrument of melody along with a Kulintang which is composed of smaller gongs that are firmly set in a row in a smaller wooden stand. There is a Kulintang ensemble made up of the Maguindanao people who are the sixth largest Filipino ethnic group. Their name translates to "people of the plains." ENJOY!!!!!!
