S.O.D. "Let Time Go Lightly" by Harry Chapin

6/18/2020 Quite an amazing human being.  Totally selfless, taken from us at the age of 38 in a highway collision. This song is from his first live album, “Greatest Stories Live,” released in 1976.  Concentrating mainly on world hunger, he is one of the most devoted humanitarians to ever grace the Earth.  He saw hunger and poverty as an insult to America and donated one third of his lifetime earnings.  One half of his total concerts were benefits.  His epitaph: Oh if a man tried, To take his time on Earth, And prove before he died, What one man’s life could be worth, I wonder what would happen to this world.” if that doesn’t shake you up, I don’t know what will.
