S.O.D. "Lush Life" by John Coltrane & Johnny Hartman

7/3/2018      This jazz standard dating back to the 1930s was written by jazz composer Billy Strayhorn. Although he spent around five years perfecting it, most of it was done so at age 16.  It describes the author's weariness of the nightlife or lush life.  Mr. Strayhorn was taken from us at age 51. Enjoy to the fullest!!!!
