S.O.D. "Djembe Song" by Nate Savage and Jared Falk

9/24/2016     I think we will go ahead and make this percussion week even though it started on a Friday.  The Djembe drum comes from west Africa and is tuned with a rope. The word Djembe comes from Mali and the saying "Anke dj'e, anke b'e" meaning "everyone gather together in peace" which is also the drums purpose.
