S.O.D. "Razom nas bahato" by GreenJolly

2/2/2016     Having to do with the Ukrainian Orange Revolution which was a protest at the 2004 Ukrainian presidential election, this 2005 hip-hop song was meant to be an anthem referring to citizens standing together to fight political corruption.  In English the title means "Together we are many, we cannot be defeated." It is based on a song written by composer Sergio Ortega with the same meaning, "The people united will never be defeated."

This is the Ukrainian rap band's best known tune.  After the group's appearance in the 2005 Eurovision Song Contest in which they came in 20th place, the band dispersed.  The song however lives on.
