11/22/2014 Johnson recorded it in 1936 but it wasn't until 1951 when Elmore James made it the track that's the most well known. Many musicians, especially blues, have been inspired by the tune. Aside from being inducted into a few halls of fame, it has been selected for the Library of Congress' National Recording Registry. ENJOY!!!!!
