Makes sense that he played with Zappa at different points in his career, and also competed with him. Like Zappa, his material is off-the-wall, and for many of us who appreciate the artistic element, your left wanting more, such as a painter searching for undiscovered colors.

During their tenure, the Bosstown Sound existed. This was a marketing campaign created by record producer Alan Lorber to promote psychedelic rock and psychedelic pop to compete with the San Francisco sound.
