S.O.D. "Wavin' Flag" by K'naan

6/27/2021 When multi instrumentalist Keenan Abdi Warsame (K’naan) composed this song, he did not know he was securing his musical success. The song was released in 2009, and after the earthquake in Haiti, more than 50 musicians performed their own rendition of the song in Vancouver to raise money for relief. In 2010 Coca-Cola used the song as their promotional anthem for the FIFA World Cup. Then everybody wanted to try out their own version.
