3/3/2021 This singer songwriter, and guitarist is into pop, folk, and jingles. He has composed jingles for Burger King, Dr Pepper, Schaeffer Beer (showing his age), and many others. This particular jingle was used by the government for many years. Another claim to fame is the song “Dazed and Confused.” That’s right, the Led Zeppelin tune. Holmes wrote it, and Page copied it, without telling him. Page gave an inspiration credit to Holmes, but not a writing credit. Eventually Holmes sued Page and won. Holmes is 81, and still active.
