S.O.D. "French Fries & Champagne" by The Hot Sardines

5/30/2020 This Hot jazz (a genre) band credits Craigslist for part of its success.  The group came out of New York City in 2007, also playing swing, Ragtime, stride, and chanson. Stride is a particular piano style and chanson has to do with French driven lyrics.  They have released eight studio albums, and this song is from their seventh, of the same name.  Their list of musicians is right around 35, working with who they need to get a song done.  The group has been categorized as one of the best in vintage jazz, although sometimes sounding like Paris in wartime.
