 Even though we don’t specifically look for them, the debut single from the debut album seems to find us. This one was released in 2000 by the Australian country singer songwriter.  Debuting at  #69 on the Hot Country Songs chart, It would climb to #1, and take the #29 spot on the year-end chart.  The song is about a man making a promise to his lady, and breaking it.  Imagine that.
