S.O.D. "But Not For Me" by Teddy Wilson

9/3/2019 This amazing jazz pianist helped to break the barriers, becoming one of the first black musicians to play with white musicians.  Spanning from the 20s to the 80s, his career was everything a musician could hope for, including becoming a part of the Benny Goodman Trio, and working as the music director for the Dick Cavett Show.  Wilson was sought after to record swing music, and was one of the biggest names doing so in the 30s and 40s.  Toward the end of his life he combined with his sons Steven on drums and Theodore on bass.  That’s everything a musician could hope for.
