8/14/2019 These two jazz musicians, Wilhelmina “Billie” Goodson on piano and vocals, and Joseph De Lacroix Pierce “De De” on trumpet, were married, and became musical partners.  They released many albums together and were very popular during the 30s-50s.  Billie had five sisters who all played piano.  She grew up in Pensacola, Florida.
