S.O.D. "Brooklyn Girls" by Catey Shaw

12/11/19 Shaw stirred up some strong opinions, and even ill feelings with this 2014 musical portrait of Brooklyn. She meant it as a representation of how strong women are, and how she sort of sees Brooklyn. It was met however with extreme criticism, some of it good, and even death threats by phone. Very quickly it received more than 300,000 views on YouTube.
