S.O.D. "Rock 'N Roll Heaven" by Righteous Brothers

11/13/2019  In 1974 these guys popularized this 1973 tune, originally written by Alan O’ Day and Johnny Stevenson and recorded by Climax. It is an ode to many deceased musicians, with lots of names mentioned.  “You Know They Got a Hell of a Band” Is a line in the song, and also the title of a short story, set in a town called Rock and Roll Heaven by Stephen King.
