S.O.D. "Hard to Get" by Gisele MacKenzie

8/28/2018     This girl could do it all.  In this 1955 tune she shows off her beautiful voice, but her speaking voice was just as important. She was the host or hostess of a few different radio programs, including alongside Jack Benny on the Jack Benny Radio Program. McKenzie was also an accomplished classical violinist. Look up "Getting to Know You," performed by her and Benny, both playing violin, singing and adding a nice touch of levity.
