S.O.D. "Word Up!" by Cameo

10/29/2018 A 1986 tune that became the group’s biggest hit and charted in 13 countries. With ample play on the radio and MTV, it’s popularity in its day was hard to beat. Awards include an NME Award for Best Dance Record, and the Soul Train Music Award for Best R&B/Soul Single.  Cameo got it started in 1974, emerging from New York, New York.  They have released 17 albums and 43 singles with a good amount of hits.
