S.O.D. "Reach Out of the Darkness" by Friend & Lover

8/23/2017     You may have heard this song in a commercial or television show.  Written by singer songwriter, actor and playwright, Jim Post, it has categorized the musical duo as a one hit wonder.  A 1967 pop hit, it climbed to #10 on the Billboard Hot 100.  Catherine Post, Jim's wife, made up the duo.  Singer songwriter and comedian Rays Stevens, arranged the strings and plays keyboards.
