S.O.D. "Banana Republic" by The Boomtown Rats

4/13/2017     This alternative rock/punk rock group from Dun Laoghaire, Ireland are back at it again after taking a huge hiatus from 1986–2013.  They formed in 1975 and went on to release several successful records.  This song was written by vocalist/guitarist Bob Geldoff and bassist, Pete Briquette and is the band's response for being banned from playing in their home country.
