S.O.D. "When Do I Get To Sing My Way" by Sparks

1/5/2017     Quite the theatrical presence you will find with this rock/pop band from Los Angeles.  Starting out in 1971, they are still active and have recently seen a resurgence in their popularity.  They also have a faithful and long-standing cult following.  Many artists have been influenced that go on to complete a diverse list including Duran Duran, Kurt Cobain, Human League, the Ramones, Bjork and Paul McCartney.  

     In 1994/95 this song took the #1 spot on the German and European charts and was the most played record in Germany in 1994.  The band's main entertainment point are brothers Ron (keyboards) and Russell Mael (lead vocals).
