S.O.D. "Don't Mess With My Toot Toot" by Rockin' Sidney

1/24/2017     Active from 1957 up until his death in 1998, he started out playing R&B, took on many genres, and really made a name for himself with the genre zydeco.  This is a blend of blues, R&B, Cajun, and Louisiana French Creole music.  "Toot Toot" is his most successful tune and became an international hit.

     He was born Sidney Simien into an historic Creole French speaking family.  His instruments included guitar, harmonica and accordion which he began playing later in his career.
