S.O.D. "Here's Where the Story Ends" by The Sundays
6/15/2016 It's a way better band name then The Mondays, don't you think. Quite a few covers have been created, the most notable by the group Tin Tin Out, of which there version won the Ivor Novello award in 1999. For The Sundays, it was their biggest hit, especially internationally, although due to their record label's demise, it was not released as a single in the UK which is the bands home country.
The Sundays' lead vocalist Harriet Wheeler and guitarist David Gavurin wrote the 1990 indie pop tune. Bassist Paul Brindley and drummer Patrick Hannan round out the group which was active between 1988–1997, working with the genres of alternative rock, indie pop, jangle pop and dream pop. Gavurin and Wheeler met in college and became a couple, writing songs together and soon adding Brindley and Hannan. They made three albums and seven singles. A few of their singles did well so they are not a one hit wonder.
