3/28/2016 If it's beautiful music you seek, you should listen to a Conte composition now and again. This 79 y/o French musician, poet, painter and lawyer mainly employs the genres of jazz and chanson, which simply means any lyric-driven French song. He has received many awards from several nations including the mouthful: Knight Grand Cross of the Order of Merit of the Italian Republic.
Some of his songs are a combination of French and English. I'm sure there are many others I haven't listened to containing other languages. Many of his arrangements have appeared in films including this one which was featured in a Coca-Cola commercial and five films including the 1995 comedy, French kiss sterling Meg Ryan and Kevin Kline.
