S.O.D. "Glass Skin" by Dir En Grey.  Keeping your genre a secret is an artform in itself. This Japanese metal group which started in Osaka, Japan in 1997 is doing just that in recent years. Their 5 different metal classifications include: Alternative, Progressive, Extreme, Nu and Experimental.  They have released nine studio albums and 29 singles, of which 27 have reached the top 10 on Japan's Oricon charts.  

     The current five members are the original five members. Combining three words which are derived from different languages, you have the band's name.  It was done this way so a specific language could not be attached to the band name.  They have crazy names for some of the songs including Agitated Screams of Maggots – Unplugged –". It's Worth it to look them up just to hear the amazing sounds coming from lead vocalist Kyo.
